(Doha, Qatar) Looking for Commis II for a 5* luxury hotel
About the Role:
As a Commis II you are responsible to prepare daily food and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities.
Responsibilities:
Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie.
Support the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in the daily operation and work.
Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in all Kitchen sections.
Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel.
Requirements:
You must have at least 1 year experience as Commis 3 or similar role in a five star hotel
You must have certificate in culinary and have good spoken and written English
