(Doha, Qatar) Looking for Hostess for a 5* luxury hotel.

About the Role:
As Hostess, you are responsible to provide a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Hostess will also be required to have extensive knowledge of menu offerings. 

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all products.
• Practice hotel Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Assists callers courteously and promptly, taking messages as necessary which are legible and accurate passing them on to the appropriate person without delay.
• Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues.
• Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
• Has a good knowledge of the restaurant's sitting arrangements.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

• Excellent grooming standards
• Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
• 1 years experience in similar positions and customer service is preferred
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
