We invite dedicated, passionate, creative and committed candidates to join our team for the position of Zulal Experience Agent who shall be the Ambassador of creating memorable and personalised experiences to the guest throughout their retreat at the Resort.
KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guide the guests during their transformative journey and provide them enough support to achieve their wellness goals.
Coordinate and organise programs/sessions and treatments for the guests in different outlets
Anticipate and personalise all guest needs and handle their inquiries, communicate guest preferences and feedback with relevant department.
Have complete knowledge of the resort products and services, including room types, facilities, food and beverage outlets, and Health and Wellness retreats.
Ambassador of creating personal connections through emotional empathy with the guests.
BSc/BA in Business Administration preferred or equivalent
Diploma/Degree in Butler Academy preferably
Fluent spoken English, Arabic is a plus.
Hotel systems knowledge – Opera, Nuvola, Saflock.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Guest complaints handling, and problem solving
Experience working with multicultural teams.
2 years of relevant work experience.
Service focused personality.
Intellectual curiosity and emotional intelligence.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
