(Doha, Qatar) Looking for an Assistant Sales Manager (Corporate) for a 5* hotel
About the Role:
As an Assistant Sales Manager (Corporate), you will be responsible to assist the hotel sales team to generate revenue.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Working with the Head of Sales & Marketing to increase sales volume and profitability.
Maximises revenue by assisting the Head of Sales & Marketing with new sales opportunities.
Follows-up with the client to determine satisfaction; measures results and supports strategies to improve the quality of the guest.
Support in the delivery of a pro-active sales culture within the Office to ensure all budgeted revenues are achieved.
Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.
Preferably candidate with Qatar market experience
Hospitality sales background is a must
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Communicate clients’ requests to all departments in an effective and timely manner
Super organised, with exceptional attention to detail
