(Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) Looking for a Food & Beverage Manager for a 5* hotel

About the Role:
As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible to lead all aspects of the hotel's food & beverage operation to deliver an outstanding customer service experience whilst achieving revenue and profit targets for all outlets in the department.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• To maintain on a day-to-day basis the standards and policies of the operation of the Food and Beverage department.
• Oversee buffet presentation, quality control of food and beverage presentation and provide constructive feedback to the food preparation and service teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Execution of regular technical/skills training. Is responsible for setting up and maintaining ongoing training programs in the department in conjunction with the General Quality & Brand Experience.
• Controls and analyses: Quality levels of production and presentation, guest satisfaction, merchandising, operating, payroll and food cost, cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene.
• Oversee employee on-the-job performance appraisal, hiring specific levels employees, coaching to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity.
• Conducting frequent Food and Beverage meetings relating to, but not limited to, the following: overall Food and Beverage financial results and profitability, projected business, operations results and problems, new policies, quality improvement, sales improvement and productivity improvement.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, systems and best practice.
• Ensure all food handling practices are upheld in accordance with HACCP standards and KSA Municipality regulations at all times.

Requirements:
• An F&B specialist with a proven track record in Food and Beverage within hospitality industry.
• Previous leadership experience in Saudi Arabia are preferred
