Job Descriptions

About the Role: 
As a General Technician, you will be required to handle works related to maintenance, to ensure the equipment’s are in good working condition, providing regular feedback on maintenance works and any problems in installing or repairing equipment’s to the supervisor/engineer etc.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager/Director, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Checking and rectifying all the repairs and maintenance work as directed which reflects on the standard of the Hotel.
• Repair and replace broken windows, doors and locks.
• Repair or replace all types of tiles, floor and wall when required.
• Repair and fix damaged shelving and furniture when necessary.
Carry out general repairs to block work walls.
• Carry out general plumbing, repairs and silicon sealant replacement etc.
• Carry out general painting works as required.

• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Ability to work on your own or in teams
