Job Descriptions

Job Summary:
As a Junior Sommelier, you will play a key role in assisting the Head Sommelier on the Bars function and Beverage direction of the Resort. You will work in partnership with other areas of the Resort to continuously drive and identify revenue, product and guest experience enhancement opportunities. 

Qualifications:
• Completion of a Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel and Restaurant Management, CMS, WSET Level 3 or related field or equivalent combination of education and food & beverage operations experience including 2 years of Supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in the English & Russian Languages is a must. 

Skills Required

Wine knowledge and understanding of wine service
