Job Descriptions

- Supervise in the preparation and presentation of all food items in accordance with the hotel's SOPs and standardized menu guidelines.
- Knowledge of seasonal and new products on the market.
- Monitor regular standards of production to ensure highest level of quality.
- Monitor all aspects pertaining to the control of the hotel’s food cost. 
- Preparing, scheduling and delivering training, managing employees performance.

- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of work experience in similar role 
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential
- Must have culinary experience in luxury resorts
- Basic Computer Skills in MS Office.
