We are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Executive responsible for promoting the hotel by developing combined offline and online programs and activities to increase the hotel revenue. Preferably a candidate with hotel experience or marketing graduate with a minimum of two years experience in a similar field with good communication and designing skills, knowledge in social media and digital marketing. This role requires creating strategies, implementing marketing plans, maintaining media and customer relations, and handling social media channels, including content and visual creation.
Strong knowledge of social media
Passionate in photography and video creation
Good understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, eCommerce) and analytics
Skills in graphic designing Adobe Creative is an advantage
Creating a comprehensive marketing plan to establish the hotel position, identify the target audience, and develop programs and campaigns across different channels and segments, including budget and goals.
Analyzing customer insights, trends, and marketing best practices using website, social media, online reputation, survey, email marketing and revenue reports to formulate effective strategies.
Executing the strategies for the hotel, promotions and activities for both offline and online activities.
Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget and goals.
Identifying potential partners and suitable community groups to collaborate for potential business.
Designing creative materials for the hotel as per brand communication guidelines.
Managing all the offline and online marketing activities of the hotel.
Managing the hotel's social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat), including content and visual (image, Gifs and video) creation.
Developing an advertising campaign plan to promote the hotel's brand awareness, offers and activities using suitable social media platforms.
Building relationships with key influencers on social media to enrich hotel social output and grow audience reach.
Understanding Social Media Traffic Analytics and how to aggregate them using appropriate content, methods and strategies to optimize social media campaigns.
Formulating email campaign to promote hotel, promotions and activities for incremental revenue.
Managing the hotel assets library, including photo and video shooting activities.
Monitoring and handling the media and public relations activities, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, social media sites and blogs, for opportunities for clients
Evaluating opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising regularly.
Researching, writing, and distributing press releases to targeted media, ensuring optimum hotel publicity.
Managing the hotel's public relations activities, including media inquiries and requests.
Working with the commercial hotel team to ensure activities are in line with budget, revenue target and effective activities execution
Coordinating with the Corporate Office to ensure that all promotions, packages, flyers, and others are uploaded on social media channels & DH&R website where appropriate.
Attending hotel training and meetings and actively participating in any hotel drive campaign and activities.
