(Munich, Germany) Looking for a Restaurant Manager (Japanese Restaurant) for a 5* luxury hotel

About the Role:
You will be responsible to manage and develop the restaurant food and beverage standards and to ensure maximization of departmental profits.  

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Manages to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
• Ensure the day to day operation is smooth in the restaurant.
• Maximize sales potential and encourage upselling in order to maximize rates.
• Checks daily reservation status and daily occupancy and takes necessary actions to ensure his/her outlets most efficient functioning.
• Ensure cash floats are secured at all times.
• To gain customer feedback at all times.
• Coaches and counsels employees regarding performance on an on-going basis.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant management position in luxury hotel
• Candidates must have work experience in managing Japanese / Fusion cuisine restaurant 
• Preferably candidates who can speak fluent German & English
