(Maldives) Looking for Retail Coordinator (Mandarin Speaker) for 5* luxury resort.

About the Role:
As Retail Coordinator, you are responsible to provide professional service to our guests, ensuring their shopping experience to maximise sales. 

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the opening/closing of the retail store as needed by management.
• Ensures conformance of store operations to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Increasing sales by promoting products and analyzing competitor behavior.
• Maintaining sales and delivery records, as well as meeting sales targets.
• Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints / queries satisfactorily. 
• Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies

Requirements: 
• Excellent grooming standards
• Excellent observation and communication skills
• Preferably work experience in Retail shop
• Preferably Mandarin Speaker
