Job Descriptions

As a Revenue and Reservation Supervisor for our prestigious hospitality properties in Qatar, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue, managing room reservations, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a deep understanding of the local market and industry trends.

Revenue Management:
Implement revenue optimization strategies to maximize ADR, RevPAR, and overall revenue.
Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to make informed pricing decisions.
Monitor and manage room inventory and allocation to different distribution channels.

Reservation Management:
Oversee the reservation process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Handle guest inquiries and reservation requests promptly and professionally.
Optimize room occupancy through effective management of reservations.

Local Market Expertise:
Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the Qatar hospitality market to identify growth opportunities.
Stay updated on local events, market trends, and cultural factors that impact business.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze reservation data to identify booking trends and opportunities for improvement.
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations.

Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor the reservation team, providing guidance and training.
Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and meets performance goals.

Contract Management:
Negotiate and manage contracts with corporate clients and third-party booking platforms.
Review and update contractual agreements as necessary.

Guest Experience:
Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and housekeeping, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues related to reservations.

Compliance and Ethics:
Ensure all reservation practices adhere to ethical standards and comply with local regulations.
Safeguard guest information and maintain confidentiality.

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry in Qatar.
- Proficiency in reservation and property management systems (PMS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
