1. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
1.1 Collect all required reports, pager and keys from housekeeping office at the beginning of the shift.
1.2 Prepare trolley for work.
1.3 Maintain clean and neat pantry and work area.
1.4 Check all vacant rooms and report any discrepancy and breakage and missing items.
1.5 Clean guest rooms, corridors and service area according to required standards and designated priorities.
1.6 Take good care of all cleaning equipment.
1.7 Make economical and proper use of cleaning agents and supplies.
1.8 Report guest complains and maintenance problems to the Supervisor or housekeeping office.
Lost and Found items are to be handed to housekeeping office with all relevant details. Any Lost and Found is to be reported immediately.
1.10 Segregate of all rubbish at compactor room before end of shift.
1.11 Return all reports, pager and keys to housekeeping office the end of a shift and inform floor supervisor.
1.12 Report any outstanding matter before signing off.
1.13 Any other duties assigned from time to time.
1.14 To wear proper PPE before start of duty.
