Job Descriptions

Ensures standards are maintained with regards to room cleanliness and room set up and should be aware of all room categories and amenities.
Ensures any special requests from guests are carried out and delivered on time, exceeding guest’s expectations where possible.
Carries out turn down service as per the hotel’s standards.
Cleans the required number of rooms as per the hotel’s standards; cleans any rooms not cleaned by the previous shifts.
Completes the maintenance request forms.
Cleans and takes care of all working equipment used by himself.
Reports any damage or loss in guest room immediately after being found.
Removes room service trays from room and places in service areas.
Makes room status reports.
Reports any suspicious person, sleep outs, DNDs.
Participates in special tasks such as deep cleaning or any scheduled assignments as planned in the department.
Helps supervisors for the inventories, if needed.
