Job Descriptions

Rise LLC: The UAE franchise owner of FIVE GUYS, the iconic burger chain, since 2015, winner of Best Burger in 2022 (Deliveroo UAE Awards). The chain has a cult following, with remarkable brand loyalty, and is one of the most talked-about burger brands online.

The Training Manager will work closely with Managers across all stores to ensure all training materials are delivered up to the standard which includes and not limited to brand training, internal training, employee engagement, rewards & recognition program
• Assist Onboarding and training of all new joiners to ensure brand standards are met and exceeded.
• Focus on measuring the employee engagement of the business units and take actions necessary to improve it with HR consultation.
• Assist in reviewing the mystery shopper results, and taking action where required.
• Ensure brand standards are maintained as per guidelines through training sessions.
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals
• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, in consultation with Line Managers and HR.
• Full management of Brand  University for all UAE locations
• Monitor and evaluate training programs’ effectiveness, success and ROI periodically
• Create and develop training materials and programs, when required
• Ensure all team members’ training, documentation and testing is completed in the required time frame
• Conduct audits on an as needed basis, as per audit schedule if required
• Lead and assist in all new UAE store openings, creating and executing training programs
• Work in stores, as and when needed
• Work alongside L&D Manager
• Work with the host Brand Training Team
• Carry out any other reasonable task as assigned by the management.
