(Dubai, United Arab Emirates) Looking for a Sales Manager Corporate for a 5* luxury hotel
About the Role:
As Sales Manager Corporate, you will be responsible to manage to assist the sales team within corporate segment for the hotel and to pro-actively generate revenue. You will also maintain, develop and recognize key accounts on a regular basis and be aware of the market trends from all the existing and potential feeders.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach.
Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.
Participate in hotel promotional activities.
Minimum 3 years of Sales experience in Corporate Sales handling diversified industry segments / geographical areas
Experience in GCC region will be preferable.
Diploma or a degree relevant to management / hospitality
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Excellent grooming standards
Good organisational and administration skills
Preferably Arabic speaking
