About the Role:
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for Sales of the villas, apartments and mansions.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
-Develop sales strategies & manage sales forecasting.
-Identifying new clients and Agents.
-Meeting, negotiating and closing the sales deal.
-Manage Sales team and ensure that target is met in time.
-Conduct sales review meeting periodically.
-Informing clients about the current status of the project.
-Handling customer complaints.
-Follow ups and after sales service.
-Preparing and maintaining reports
-Relationship management with various stakeholders, Brokers and channel partners.
-Contact and conduct initial follow-ups on sales prospects & preparation of sales proposal.
-Develop procedures for contacting and qualifying leads & updating prospect information.
-Carrying out the promotional activities like organizing and participating in Property Exhibitions.
-Tie up with international channel partners for generating sales.
-Advise customers on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
-Research new market opportunities; map out potential customers & competitors.
-Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
-Coordinate appointments to show Villas and mansions to prospective buyers.
-Development of pricing structures and payment options.
-Plan and execute launch of new phases.
