(Hanoi, Vietnam) Looking for a Sous Chef – Teppanyaki for a 5* luxury hotel

About the Role:
You will be responsible to managing Teppanyaki Section ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the operation.
 
Responsibility: 
Preparing, scheduling and delivering training, managing team member performance, ensuring that the Teppanyaki Section safety standards are up to date and that team members are complying with health, safety and sanitation rules.
Supervise the Teppanyaki Section in the preparation and presentation of all food items in accordance with the hotel's SOPs and standardized menu guidelines.

Qualifications
Previous work experience as Teppanyaki Chef in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
Basic Computer Skills in MS Office.
Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
Preferably Japanese Speaker
