Outlet / Pub Manager
A leading company in UAE is currently looking for Assistant Pub Manager

Oversea the dining area, supervises food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies that he or she may help establish.
Excellent interpersonal skills and grooming standards
Proven track record in successfully launching promotions / new concepts.
Excellent / Creative Menu and Beverage List Development Abilities
Creativity and innovation in food and beverage concepts and operations.
Demonstrable achievements in improving guest satisfaction and profitability.
Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills Required





Compensation & Benefits

  • Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of F&B leadership experience as an Assistant Manager in luxury hotels or restaurant.
  • Restaurant or management experience or more education is generally preferred.
  • Knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality industries.
