Job Descriptions

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Assist the Captain and/ or Outlet Manager with day-to-day operation of the outlet.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently according to established standard.
• Maintains high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all service area.

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 1-year experience at a 5-star hotel or reputable restaurant.
• Basic F&B product and service knowledge and customer service skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese/ Mandarin, Good in English.
• Excellent grooming/good-looking, team player, service oriented.
• Prefer Female, minimum height 165cm 21-32 years old.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: MOP 16,000 - 18,000 Monthly (Negotiable)
  • Accommodation Allowance: MOP 500 Monthly
