Job Descriptions

About the Role:
You will be responsible to assist to manage the Restaurant food and beverage standards and to ensure maximization of departmental profits.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Ensure the day to day operation is smooth in the restaurant.
Checks daily reservation status and daily occupancy and takes necessary actions to ensure his/her outlets most efficient functioning.
Ensure cash floats are secured at all times.
To gain customer feedback at all times.
Coaches and counsels employees regarding performance on an on-going basis.

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in the same role
