Job Descriptions

- Responsibel to provide effective service to building management monitoring.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of Building Automation System such as HVAC System (Chiller, AHU, Cooling Tower, FCU, FAHU, TFA, Sensors, Pumps, Motors, Steam Boiler, Heat Exchange, etc..)
- Prepares asset srvey reports, data and sheet for solving maintenance related problems daily/weeky/monthly inspections.
- Comntrol Panels and DDC panels: Operation and Maintenance OF HVAC control system.
- Fire Alarm System: Operation and Maintenance, Fre hydant System, Sprinklers, etc..
- Acess Control system, CCTV, Public Address System,: Operation and Maintenance
Perform weekly Tool Box Talk (TBT) training.
