(Dubai, UAE) Looking for Business Development Director for a FinTech company. 

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion within the crypto/blockchain space.
• Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry changes that may impact business activities.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the crypto/blockchain ecosystem, including technology providers, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Serve as the face and voice of the company, embodying its values and mission in the crypto space.
• Establish and maintain a positive and authentic brand image through various online and offline channels
• Monitor and analyze financial metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve revenue goals.
• Lead efforts to acquire new clients and customers, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

Requirements
• Must have minimum Batchelor Degree
• Proven track record of success in business development within the crypto/blockchain industry.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in this same field
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and related markets.
• Strong understanding of regulatory considerations and compliance in the crypto space.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
