(Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) Looking for a Chef De Partie for a 5 star luxury hotel.

About the Role:
As Chef De Partie, you will be responsible to take care of the daily food preparation for the smooth operation of the Main Kitchen.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Ensure Kitchen section in the preparation and presentation of all food items in accordance with the hotel's SOPs and standardized menu guidelines.
• Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef.
• Consult and check on daily requirements, functions and last minute events
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies & Maintain outlet safety at all times.
• Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
