Job description - Customer Service Executive
A Retail company in UAE is currently looking for Female Customer Service Executive.
Experience in Alcohol industry, FMCG, Hospitality or equivalent
A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field
Sharp customer service skills.
Overseeing the customer service process.
Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
Eloquent and comfortable when delivering presentations.
Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
