Job Descriptions

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Personal assistant and fulfill customer’s requests/needs on and off property.
• Ensure suites are properly set up and In room welcome amenities are in place to ready to impress.
• Professionalism in confidentiality and privacy issues.
• Provide personal escorting from point to point during arrival and departure, including private jet escort, in flight F&B arrangement, etc.
• Aside from taking care of the main customer, the team also ensure that their family/friends are pampered and well looked after during their stay both on and off property.
• Liaise and obtain support with internal operating departments to fulfill customer’s.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
• To perform all functions as and when required by the management.

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 3 years experience as butler.
• Experienced working in a 5 star hotels.
• Golden Key certification an advantage.
• Confident and agile in solving problem.
• Presentable and possessed a pleasant personality flair.
• Well verse in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Other dialect is an advantage (Thai, Korean, Japanese).
