(Maldives) Looking for a Director of Recreation for a 5* luxury resort.

About the Role:
As Director of Recreation, you will be responsible for all aspects of the pool and beach areas, including overall maintenance, daily upkeep, cleanliness and the operation of entertainment. Provides and models service behavior to guests and employees. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility. You will able to deliver unforgettable guest experiences and driving innovation especially in entertainment activities.

Responsibility:
- Overseeing all entertainment and recreation activities, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and guest satisfaction across our unique venues. This includes managing live music and performances, family-friendly attractions, key entertainment venues, Kids Club, and a wide array of sports, leisure, and guest activity programs.
- Develop and execute the resort's entertainment programming, activities, and events
- Manages the children's program (e.g., coordinates activities, purchases equipment and supplies etc.).
- Manages pool and beach areas, including overall maintenance, daily upkeep and cleanliness
- Oversee the setup, breakdown, and meticulous maintenance of all facilities and equipment, ensuring pristine conditions and adherence to safety standards. Collaborate closely with the Director of Engineering for equipment servicing and repairs.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years previous work experience with similar positions in a luxury resort is preferred
