Job Descriptions

(Palau) Looking for an Engineering Supervisor for a 5 star luxury resort

• Reports to duty engineer, assist the duty engineer to complete various tasks during the shift. 
• Supervise a team of engineers and technicians, allocating tasks, training, and providing guidance and support needed- Monitor the hotel's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal functioning and address any issues or repairs promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of repairs and maintenance work, including scheduling and coordinating contractors when necessary.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a supervisory role in an engineering department, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in 5 star hotels or resorts
• Possesses excellent English, math and psychometric abilities

Skills Required

Sound knowledge of Mechanical
Electrical
Plumbing Systems and their maintenance requirements
