Job Descriptions

Position Summary
Construct all floral arrangements across the property in accordance with the approved floral designs and established standards. Follow proper work processes to minimize floral wastage and ensure all vases, pots, and related equipment are clean and well maintained.

Primary Responsibilities
- Report to work punctually and adhere to grooming standards.
- Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
- Maintain a good knowledge of flower species and foliage.
- Conduct quality control checks on floral products to ensure optimum freshness.
- Produce and deliver all daily floral arrangements according to orders and within required timelines.
- Ensure floral arrangements are created accurately in accordance with approved floral designs and established standards.
- Respond promptly to ad hoc floral requests.
- Coordinate and conduct regular inspections of floral displays to ensure compliance with standards.
- Ensure sufficient inventory of flowers to support operational needs and implement effective stock control practices to maximize usage and minimize wastage.
- Maintain adequate supplies of operating equipment.
- Ensure correct cross-charging to relevant stakeholders.
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills when working with internal departments across diverse cultures.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
- Formal floristry training.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Florist.
- Good communication skill
- Prior experience in hotel or integrated resort operations is preferred.
