Job Descriptions

1. Responsible for taking care of the hotel guests (resident/non- resident) with utmost importance and respect.
2. Interact and maintain good relations with the guests.
3. Must be well versed with the entire restaurant menu.
4. Suggest and upsell appropriate food and beverage options to the guests.
5. Maintain and handle all the equipment and furniture of the restaurant.
6. Make sure that all the restaurant areas (back and front) are spotless and well maintained.
7. Report any repair and maintenance issues to the engineering or the concerned department.
8. Ensure that the restaurant linen, crockery, cutlery, and glasswareare clean, fresh and free of any stains/tear/scratches/cracks.
9. Follow and maintain all the hygiene practices as per HACCP.
10. Record any and all breakages that may happen.
11. Seek feedback from the guests.
12. Escalate any and all guest issues to the Restaurant Supervisor.
13. Ensure that all the food and Beverage orders are served as per the set standards in a timely and efficient manner.
Serve and interact with all the guests by following LQA standards.
Ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring impeccable personal appearance and hygiene standards.
Be well versed in all the food and beverage promotions and discounts within the hotel.
