(Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) Looking for a Head Chef for a 5* hotel

About the Role:
As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Outlet kitchen with emphasis on quality, presentation within the guidelines of the standardized menus and employee training.

Responsibilities: 
• Supervise the Restaurant kitchen in the preparation and presentation of all food items in accordance with the hotel's SOPs and standardized menu guidelines. 
• Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs.
• Ensure proper staffing and scheduling in accordance to productivity guidelines.
• Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen team.
• Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
 
Qualifications:
• Previous leadership experience in the culinary field required
• Previous work experience in a 5-star hotel with good standards.
• Previous work experience in manage one restaurant in hotel.
