(Mauritius) Looking for a Head Sommelier for a 5* international chain hotel

About the Role:
As a Head Sommelier, you will be responsible for wine service in restaurant while ensuring the highest level of personalized and sufficient. 

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Control and monitor wine orders, stock and par level.
Pick up wines from stores after proper checking of the order and quantity.
Maintain wine chillier at correct temperature.
Maintain temperature records.
Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
Foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and morale.
 
Requirements:
Preferably candidate with WSET certification
Good wine knowledge and understanding of wine service
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
You must be a computer literate, ideally with proficiency in a computerized payroll system
1 years experience in similar positions is required
