(Maldives) Looking for a Junior Sous Chef for a 5* luxury resort. 

About the Role:
As Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible to assist Sous Chef for the smooth operation of the Kitchen ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the operation.

Responsibility: 
- Assist Head Chef to supervise the restaurant in the preparation and presentation of all food items in accordance with the hotel's SOPs and standardized menu guidelines.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
- Assist in the training of all employees in compliance of company procedures.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years previous work experience in Mediterranean or Sushi Cuisine with similar positions in a luxury hotel is preferred
