Responsibilities:
• Identify customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs, and provide appropriate products, services or information.
• To be an ambassador of the hotel, in and outside the work place.
• Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure a smooth service delivery.
• Extend personal service and attention to all Lobby Lounge customers.
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services and supply information and respond to guest queries.
• Ensure that the rooming of all customers is according to the company standards.
