Job Descriptions

Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Restaurant Manager plays an integral role to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts. 
- Individuals must display creativity and flair and the ability to provide guidance to others, and be able to evidence good business acumen, excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees, supervisors and assistant managers in the Hotel’s  Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met long-range strategic planning for outlet operation.

Requirements:
- Previous experience managing a restaurant outlet within a luxury hotel environment is ideal.
