Job Descriptions

Supervise the overall kitchen operations for banquet team
Responsible for ensuring food quality, hygiene and workplace safety established standards are achieved
Responsible for menu planning and recipe development
Ensure food /ingredients are in sufficient supply for daily kitchen operations
Ensure kitchen operations have optimum coverage for best efficiency
Bring continuous improvement to kitchen operations, food quality, hygiene and workplace safety.
Collaborate with different kitchens/outlets for daily operations efficiently and ensure smoothness
 
REQUIREMENTS:
5 years at a 5-star hotel or 5 years at a 4-star hotel or reputable restaurant
2 years Supervisory experience at Sr. Sous Chef or above level
Product knowledge of Korean cuisine
Willing to work on different shifts
Excellent culinary skills
Training experience is compulsory
Computer literate with business report writing skills
Fluent in Korean and English or Chinese
